How We Work
Before you hire us, one of our loving cat professionals will come to your home and meet with you and your kitty. We will take note of your instructions regarding feeding, medications, favorite toys and activities, etc. While you are away, you will receive photos from each visit via Email or text messaging showing your cats happy and playing. You will also be provided with the personal mobile number of the Cat Servant assigned to your home. Of course, when you return, your cat will tell you in his or her own way how well cared for and happy they've been while you've been away! Your satisfaction is important to us, therefore we offer a 100% refund guarantee if you believe your cat received any less than the royal treatment promised.
